In 2000, Scott and his wife Megan moved back to his hometown with a vision from God to start a church! Pathway is the product of that vision. As the Lead Pastor, Scott is the main visionary and teacher. He has three daughters, Ashton, Tate, and Hayden, and resides in Middlebury. Scott loves Notre Dame football, most all kinds of music (except for a few country songs he doesnt like, and screamo...is that even around anymore?...and most music from the 1970s - though born in '74, the music didn't take hold), turkish ballet, and loves traveling with his family.

Family Life Pastor
Megan and Scott started Pathway together back in 2000. Over the years, Megan has served in almost every area of the church. Currently, her focus (beyond her three daughters) is on the Kids Ministry area. She oversees a team of over 50 volunteers who serve the ages in the infant nursery through our Group 56 (5th and 6th grade) class on Sunday mornings. She has been given the task of helping us not only disciple the kids of our church, but help us equip parents to disciple their kids! Megan loves history, politics, reading, walking, and is madly in love with her husband (same husband who has been given the task of writing the staff info blurbs on the website).
Jason and his wife Sara started attending Pathway in 2003. Several years after that, Jason was added to the Pathway pastoral staff. As the Connections Pastor, Jason's main area of ministry is oversight and development of our Life Group Ministry. He also oversees the leaders of our Guest Service Team, Custodial Team, Building Team, etc. He also serves as a chaplain for the Elkhart City Police Department. He has two kids, Jade and Ryan, and lives in Elkhart. Jason loves the Chicago Bears, his Harley Davidson, his really cool family and has the spiritual gift of getting poison ivy everytime he does yard work.
Student Ministries Pastor
Matt and his wife Courtney joined the Pathway pastoral staff in 2010. Matt has actually attended Pathway since the second Sunday of its existence! He came to Christ and was discipled in our church, which made him a natural choice for our Student Ministries Pastor. Matt oversees everything for 6th-12th grade students in our church, including a weekly youth service and Student Life Groups. He also give direction to our Worship Ministry. Matt and Courtney have three boys, Ben, Eli, and Luke and reside in Middlebury. Matt is a Miami Dolphins fan, has a strange talent for balancing himself on an 8ft table with only his two hands, enjoys rutabaga sculpting, and loves hanging out with his family.
